Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a practice at a slower pace. The inclusion of grounded postures and slower movements allow students to build confidence and familiarity. Longer holds in standing and balancing postures offer the opportunity to refine the fundamentals and explore deeper sensations over time.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is the physical yoga practice descended from the Ashtanga Yoga lineage. The practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa is defined by the connection of breath with movement in a flowing sequence. Asanas are performed in a specific order, whereby each pose prepares the body for the next. Through regular practice, benefits include increased strength and flexibility while encouraging discipline and a focussed mind. A practice as much of the mind as it is of the body; Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is ultimately a moving meditation.
